Installation

The only necessary requirements for the theme are the basic Grav requirements. If you can run Grav, you can run this theme. The theme was written for and tested with Grav version 1.7. Additionally, some plugins are required:

• Error version 1.6.2 or higher
• Problems version 1.6.2 or higher

Some functionality depends on the following plugins:

• Breadcrumbs version 1.5.1 or higher
• Shortcode Core version 4.1.7 or higher
• Static Generator version 1.0.0 or higher
• Swiper version 1.0.0 or higher

And lastly, the Admin plugin 1.10.0 or higher makes managing content and settings a breeze.

The simplest way to install this theme is via the Grav Package Manager (GPM) through your system's Terminal -- also called the command line. From the root of your Grav install type:

bin/gpm install scholar

This will install the Scholar-theme into your /user/themes directory within Grav. Its files can be found under /your/site/grav/user/themes/scholar.

To install this theme, just download the zip version of this repository and unzip it under /your/site/grav/user/themes. Then, rename the folder to scholar.

You should now have all the theme files under

/your/site/grav/user/themes/scholar
